I graduated from University College Falmouth in 2010 and since then have been working as a freelance illustrator, painting or drawing on anything i can get my hands on, whilst exploring the beauty in the world as much as i can.

My mixed media work is heavily layered both conceptually and with the use of textures and ephemera, conveying an organic and dream-like style and hopefully encouraging the viewer's own imagination to wander... My inspiration comes from the beauty and complexity of nature- the ocean, the forests, and my immediate world around me. When I'm not working digitally or in a sketchbook, I try to use recycled and reclaimed material wherever I can. As my work is most commonly influenced by nature itself, i like to try and use parts of nature within my work and recycle 'trash' into something more beautiful.

I also like to work on a larger scale and have painted murals in the UK, in Nepal and soon to be in Northern Thailand. I have also recently began transferring illustrations onto skin in the form of handpoke bamboo tattooing.
